Our Black Bean Salsa mix contains the very same ingredients as our Mexican Fiesta Soup, this allows you to use either mix to prepare a delicious soup or salsa. We now have our labels printed so that the flip side of the label shows the "other recipe" that can be made.

Salsa dip for get togethers or for yourself

I've been buying this spice mix from Peculiar Spice for a few years now. I always try to have some on hand when vacation rolls around but would be great for Sunday football as well. I make mine with 3 cans (10 oz) of Rotel and 1 can of Bush's Black Beans Frijoles Negros (15 oz). I shave off about 2 oz's of water that is called for (1 1/4 cup). Let it set overnight in the fridge and that's it. Pretty simple. Makes close to 7 cups the way I do it.
