Product Description
Your taste buds won't believe it. Enchiladas in a pot! Simply prepared with a few added ingredients. Your family will rave and company will want the recipe. Warning: Many soup addictions have occurred after eating this soup. Be prepared to order more. Makes 7 two cup servings. Reduce the water and use to make a Nacho Cheese Dip or Chicken Enchilada Casserole.
To complete this dish you will need:
- 2 cups cooked chicken.
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese or your favorite meltable cheese.
- Complete recipe on each packet.

Have never found anyone who makes their enchilada sauce quite like my family's homemade recipe that's been passed down over three generations, but this soup mix hit the nail on the head!! So yummy and delicious and tastes just like an actual enchilada!! Great job Peculiar Spice Company!!! Love, love, love it!!!!

I don't eat a lot of soups but when I do this is my go to and everyone loves it! Hands down the best soup!

i absolutely love this soup for a while o couldnt remember what it was called or where i found in until the mound city kansas arts and crafts and i found them! i could eat this soup year round and have my family hooked on it!!

I have so many people in love and now using this soup mix! I take out the tomato sauce but add a can of rotelle. Take out the water and add 2 boxes of chicken broth. You can even cut the cheese amount in half. Add pinto or black beans. I saute onions for it too. Freezes great for later!

If I could give this 100 stars, I would! I have been purchasing this chicken enchilada soup mix for at least 13 years. It is my absolute favorite of all time! Please don't ever stop making it!

The Chicken Enchilada soup mix is a hit at my house. We have to have it every few weeks in the winter. I do however vary from the recipe that is on the package. I throw in a can of mild Rotel for a little extra spice and we crush up Doritos to put in the soup. Delicious!
