Product Description
Hawaiian Chicken Salad Mix: Gourmet chicken salad has never been so easy! Just 3 simple ingredients added to our mix creates a taste of the tropics. Delicious on croissants or even as an appetizer on crackers.
To complete this side dish you will need:
- 1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained.
- 2-3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey.
- 1¼ cups Mayonnaise.
- Complete recipe on each packet.
Net weight 3.0 oz
Hawaiian Cheese Ball Mix: Simply add cream cheese and pineapple to our mix for a delicious cheese ball that is sweet, savory and full of flavor. A long standing holiday and pot luck favorite!
To complete this dish you will need:
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese.
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple.

I have used this many times for showers and it is always a hit! We put it on mini croissants for a smaller sandwich but most come back and get another after they see how wonderful it is.

I love this chicken salad mix! It's so easy to make and it's perfect! I find it has the best flavor when refrigerated overnight. It makes a really healthy portion. Definitely a great value.

We made this chicken salad when we had company coming for a light lunch. Some had it as a sandwich and others by itself. It went over well with everyone. I bought another packet because we liked it that much.

I mix this with fresh-cooked or canned chicken breast, for sandwiches. It is wonderful on sliced Hawaiian bread or any kind of "homemade" bread.
It makes a sandwich very special. -

I enjoy both the chicken salad and cheese ball. I add shredded cheese to the chicken salad and it is a hit as a sandwich or appetizer.

This is the best chicken salad you will ever make - it is amazing! The mix makes it so easy, it's fool-proof and you won't be disappointed. I haven't found a friend yet who hasn't loved it.

I make chicken salad with this mix and it is delicious! Sometimes I lightly chop some Mandarin oranges and add to it. This is perfect for when we travel, I just make a big bowl of it to keep in the cooler. Last time I bought 10 pkgs.
