Product Description
South of the border flavors dance together in one pot for an easy, hearty fiesta soup. Combine our mix with ground beef, tomatoes and corn. Take a 30 minute siesta then enjoy. Makes 6 two cup servings.
To complete this dish you will need:
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef.
- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes.
- 2 cans corn (15 oz. each).
- Complete recipe on each packet.
Our Mexican Fiesta Soup mix contains the very same ingredients as our Black Bean Salsa mix, this allows you to use either mix to prepare a delicious soup or salsa. We now have our labels printed so that the flip side of the label shows the "other recipe" that can be made.

This was my first order for this mix, and it had lots of flavor, and was not hot and spicy. Everyone that tried it - loved it. I even added a can of black beans - as extra.

Couldn't believe how fast it was to make this soup! It is a hearty soup with just the right amount of southwest spice. It would be great made with chicken too. So glad I discovered this mix. Makes my meal time prep so much simpler!

I love this soup mix. I lay in a supply every fall to get me thru those cold winter soups months. It's easy to make and it freezes well. Sometimes I make it with ground turkey instead of beef. I give it as gifts too. And it pairs well with cornbread not to mention red wine.
