Product Description
Baked beans made with our smokehouse seasoning are talked about far and wide. Peculiar Spice Smokehouse Baked Beans are sweet, smoky, and have a hint of heat. Our mix is sure to become a pantry staple as well as a unique and fun gift! Makes 2 two-quart batches.
To complete this dish you will need:
- Three 15 oz. cans pork & beans.
- 1-1/2 cup brown sugar.
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 packet seasoning mix.
- Complete recipe on each packet.
Net weight 2.3 oz. Contains two packets for 2 complete batches.

I always get rave reviews when I fix these. The latest was for a family reunion in Iowa in Aug15. Of course, I was asked for the recipe! And I just said www.peculiarspice.com. I do drain some of the beans and use about ½ cup more vinegar and a little less brown sugar.

These beans are the best smoky & BBQ flavored beans I have tasted. They have the perfect amount of smokiness and caramelization you could ask for. Perfect side to BBQ, a cookout, or any other time!

I've used this mix for years. Have even used it as a stocking stuffer. It makes delicious baked beans. The blend of spices and added ingredients make for some of the best baked beans I've eaten. I use small amounts of spice and ingredients if I'm not cooking for a crowd and it works wonderfully. Highly recommend it.

For every family event I'm told I have to bring my bake beans because they are so good. I love this mix because it's so easy but tastes like its homemade from grandmas secret recipe! I add maple sausage for extra yumminess!!!
