Product Description
Your taste buds won't believe it. Enchiladas in a pot! Simply prepared with a few added ingredients. Your family will rave and company will want the recipe. Warning: Many soup addictions have occurred after eating this soup. Be prepared to order more. Makes 7 two cup servings. Reduce the water and use to make a Nacho Cheese Dip or Chicken Enchilada Casserole.
To complete this dish you will need:
- 2 cups cooked chicken.
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese or your favorite meltable cheese.
- Complete recipe on each packet.

A wonderful Mexican Soup

I have fixed this many times, and using Velvetta Spicy cheese, makes the soup a little on the spicy side. Wonderful flavor and a good dependable soup.

Hot and Spicy Mexican

I've used this spice mix over the years, but now older, I found it to be really HOT and SPICY - more than I would enjoy at this older age. It makes a lot and another person living nearby loved it - but anything to do with Jalapeno Peppers, just isn't my liking now. It is excellent if you like spicy. Velveeta now makes a Mexican version, maybe by my using that, overwhelmed me with the hot taste. Hot/spicy lovers will love this recipe and mix!!

We were so sad when we were not able to order this soup mix BUT are so glad you are back up and running! We have since moved to another state and are so very glad we can order this again that we have stocked up!!! BEST soup EVER!!!

I bring this soup to work and everyone always wants the recipe! It's super easy to make and is ohhhhh sooooo delicious! I used to make a 40+ mile round trip to buy the mix, but ordering online from the Peculiar Spice Company is so much easier! Buy this mix, you won't regret it! Some slight changes I make to this mix - I add a can of Rotel (drained) and sub 4 cups of water with chicken broth.

This soup is so easy to make and so very good. Perfect for a cold winter day. Using a rotisserie chicken makes it even easier. The entire family loves it!

The Peculiar Spice Company's Chicken Enchilada Soup Mix is the BEST! I stocked up for the upcoming colder season and purchased enough to share with friends and family --- it is that GOOD!

This has been a friends and family fav for years. I use a rotisserie chicken and substitute 4 cups of water with chicken stock. Top bowls of soup with green onions, sour cream and Garden of Eaten corn chips.

Have never found anyone who makes their enchilada sauce quite like my family's homemade recipe that's been passed down over three generations, but this soup mix hit the nail on the head!! So yummy and delicious and tastes just like an actual enchilada!! Great job Peculiar Spice Company!!! Love, love, love it!!!!
